Steps

Go to ChatGPT
Open your web browser and go to chat.openai.com

Copy a review from Google
Go to your Google Business Profile and find a review you want to respond to.
- Go to business.google.com
- Click on 'Reviews' in the menu
- Find a review and copy the text

Ask ChatGPT to write a response
Paste this into ChatGPT (replace the review text with the actual review):

Tip: Tell ChatGPT your business name and it'll include it in the response.

Review and tweak
Read what ChatGPT wrote. Make any small changes to sound more like you.
- Check that the facts are right
- Add a personal touch if you remember the job
- Make sure it sounds like something you'd actually say

Post the response
Copy the response and paste it into Google.
- Go back to your Google Business reviews
- Click 'Reply' under the review
- Paste your response and click 'Post'
